TVs To Be Banned In Cars?
A lot of people seem to be pretty annoyed at the moment because a lot of the crashes that we are actually seeing on the roads are because of things like television screens and tom toms getting in the way of people being able to see what they are doing. Are these claims true or are people simply putting blame on things like this to attempt to claim on things like gap insurance?
Well people are arguing against televisions being banned in cars and this is because if you are travelling on long journeys with children in the back of the car it can actually be the best way to keep them quiet during the trip. The kids get to choose the DVD that they get to watch and you can bet that providing they take it in turns to watch what they want there will not actually be any arguments at all.
It would seem that on most occassions the screens are placed in the back of the car meaning you could actually pop a pair of headphones onto someone’s head and let them listen to the movie that way which would put you out of the line of fire. It would seem that that this would actually not distract the driver at all because the sound would be drowned out.
When it comes to televisions ion front of the car I really do not think that they are needed at all and I do perhaps feel that they should be banned at the front because eventually the driver will glance up and this is all it takes. The worst thing is that all it takes is a small amount of looking at the screen to end up in a bit of a crash.
If you end up crashing because of something like this you will find yourself looking for bad credit car loans and bad credit car finance.
